South Dayton Village Court is a court located in South Dayton, New York. The court hears criminal and civil cases pertaining to the village of South Dayton. The South Dayton Village Court is located at the South Dayton Municipal Building, which is also the location of the South Dayton Police Department. The South Dayton Village Court is presided over by Hon. Jeffrey K. Beightol. The South Dayton Village Court has two courtrooms and one clerk's office. The South Dayton Village Court also has a jury assembly room. The South Dayton jury assembly room is used for jury selection and voir dire in criminal and civil cases.
