The Ulster Town Hall is open Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., the Ulster Town Court, however, has varying hours and the schedule is always changing. As such, if you have questions, you should always call ahead of time before visiting the courthouse.
There is a large parking lot directly in front of the Ulster Town Hall. The Ulster Town Court is found inside of the Ulster Town Hall. Upon entering the Ulster Town Hall, go to your immediate left and down the hallway for all court matters, whether criminal, civil, or traffic. If you're looking for the Ulster Town Assessor's Office or the Ulster Supervisors Office then go to your right and down the hallway.
Also located in the same building is the Ulster Town Police Department. The police department, however, is located on the lower level and is accessed easiest through the side entrance.
